I placed an order for winter window shields in November 2014. To date (11-5-15) I still have not received them! Have sent several emails - you get the little reply email that they'll be contacting you - NOTHING! I will NEVER refer them or order anything again - pathetic! Same exact thing for me also...... however I finally got several responses from them after threatening to contact my lawyer and the "Sam" guy was not only rude but a complete ***!!! I wish I could screen shot the messages and post on here the response I got back with him nothing sort of telling me I was a horrible human for wanting my information and or product when there was a death..... mind you with in 24 hours AFTER our exchange of emails he sent the message to all the customers. AFTER I told him he needed to communicate with his customers and how dare he speak to me in the manner he was. I will NEVER use this business again and if I didnt have to jump through hoops with living social I would absolutely cancel my purchase and demand a refund. I have used living social in the past for a few redeem type deals (restaurant deals) but I will NEVER use them again to purchase items... Still NOTHING in my mailbox... and it appears the product is junk anyway. Very very disappointed!

Blingberry & Living Social Scam

Order the Windshield cover through Blingberry with the Living Social deal on 12/03/14. Order status still says processing. Emailed Blingberry and only have received the auto reply saying they will get back to me in 48 hours. Still haven't heard anything! Living Social is absolutely no help. Typically Living Social chooses semi decent companies that at least guarantee the item to show up. This is my first Bad experience with them. Blingberry needs to communicate some kind of revolution to help the consumers understand if they need to order a new gift and give up on this one completely! Living Social needs to do a better screening job.

Same thing here. They sent an email saying they sent it over a week ago with tracking numbers but there is no information on what company they used to send the items so the tracking number is useless.

Also, no phone number and no contact information. Blingberry should go out of business and Living Social should apologize!

This order was placed on 12/4/14. I find this service unacceptable, even for the reason given.

( Death in family). This is more than a month. I will be sure to make this information available to others that wish to do business with you and your suppliers.

I expect a reply with a delivery date within 24 hours.

Contacted them on the 22 only to be told they are working as hard as they can to get shipped out and "In the spirit of Christmas", sent me a coupon. Why the heck would I buy more stuff that I won't get?????

I ordered mine on Dec 1st. On Dec 23rd, I emailed Blingberry to ask about status of my order.

Today, December 28, 2014, I received this message from them:

Hi,

Our supplier had a death in their family, which caused orders to be delayed.

They worked through this tragedy during Christmas and we anticipate that we will be able to send out the orders next week.

Have a great day!

BlingBerry Support Don't know if I'll ever see the windshield cover, or not, but, at least, they responded. Time will tell.

UPDATE: 1/10/2015...Can't believe it, but, my "windshield cover" was in my mailbox today. Looks pretty cheaply made.

Don't know if it will last more than a week.

Lesson learned.

No Communication With Customers, Failed to Fulfill Order

Ordered two windshield covers on 12/4 with Living Social Voucher. Voucher says "Product will be delivered 2 weeks from redemption". When no package had arrived at my son's home by 12/19, I checked tracking. Status was "processing". These are Christmas gifts, so I was alarmed. Started TRYING to contact company. Emails are unanswered. Living Social gave me a phone number, which is an answering machine. I left a message. Company did not communicate with me that order would be delayed, and they are not responding to my inquiries. If you are going to offer something on Living Social, shouldn't you be prepared for higher volume? Especially at the holidays? And respond to your customers when they write to you!

Exact same issue for me too!!!

I have contacted them 4 times with no answer.

I was able to find d their Facebook page on Dec 16th...

someone had a similar issue I voiced my experience and with in 2 hours blingberry commented that "orders are being processed" now (as of last night when I checked) their Facebook page has been deleted.

I purchased mine on Dec 1st through living social and they too were gifts for my anniversary to my husband o the 16th!!

No response back to my repeated emails and contacts!

They sure we're extremely quick to remove my money from my account though.

Sidenote- while looking on their FAQ section today it said orders are shipped with in 7 days.... I took the 2 weeks that living social said on their voucher in to account before further inquiring about my delayed shipment.... however my voucher was redeemed well over 3 weeks ago! I think at this point it is nothing less than them stealing from me....

and I am a very patient person.

But 23 days is absolutely absurd around the holidays and like you said... they should have been prepared for a high volumn before placing the deal on living social!!!

Same here. I ordered two snow shields on December 4th, and have not received anything.

I received an automated email when contacting them, saying that they're "on it". I didn't even receive a tracking number to keep tabs on the order.

I had the same thing happen to me. But, they did respond to my e-mail saying "in the spirit of Christmas, please be patient" and gave me a 25% off for my next order.

I responded saying I did not want the coupon and would like my package delivered overnight and then they have not yet responded.

Living Social logged a complaint for me. Now I am just waiting...but I will have late presents as well.

I placed orders for five of the snow shields - zero communication and because I didn't register on their website I don't even have a log-in to track the shipments. There's only a voicemail and an e-mail ...

can't get in touch with anyone to get a status. Got a *** auto-e-mail saying they were "on it" ....

right. What a scam.

Problem with BlingBerry product-- Living Social resolved

I wrote recently about poor quality windshield/snow shield product. BlingBerry has done nothing to respond to my complaint. The product which they advertised on their web site as $99 retail and sold on Living Social for $12.99 was a flimsy, Dollar Store type product. I bought four of them, and they charge $3.99 for shipping each one. The packages weighed about 2 ounces each, so in addition to the scam on the product, they overcharged for shipping. I called Living Social to warn them that they should not partner with BlingBerry again. The first customer service rep told me he would catalog my complaint and that LS compiles that info and sends it to the vendor. That was all they could do. I called LS the next day again, and told the service. Person that I was seriously going to stop using LS because I had wasted $48 on the covers, and another $16. on bogus shipping charges. This rep was very apologetic and immediately offered to refund my $48. She said LS did not want to lose a good customer.

Order placed on 11/30 - no response other than an automated one with a 'catchy case #' that does me absolutely no good & phone number was an answering machine. Called Living Social a couple of times but don't think they want to admit that's there's a problem - this was their follow up yesterday: "I appreciate your patience while I was investigating the status of your order and apologize for any inconvenience. BlingBerry has confirmed that your order for the Snow Shields is currently processing. As soon as it's shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you. Doesn't tell me any more than I already knew! :)

I had a similar problem but heard from the company via email that there was a death in the family that threw their delivery processes off. The gift finally arrived (to the wrong address but!) but with no instructions. No info with the product or on the website either re the produce its use etc.

I finally received (January 13th) fron snow shield I ordered from Living Social. I placed this order on December 3rd.

Upon opening my package - it is definitely not the shield that is on their site. Cheaply made silver on one side black on the other side Doesn't even look the same!

This companby is a joke and definitely fraudulent!

As long as LivingSocial continues to do business with this company, they will stay in business. BlingBerry is a joke.

There is no customer service, no way to talk to anyone. I placed my order on 12/2 and never heard anything from them, sent an email as requested and only thing back was an automated response with a case number that does nothing. I tried to reorder thinking maybe I didn't complete it properly the first time. I sent another email asking to be reimbursed for the shipping and to cancel the second order and again nothing.

LivingSocial gave me their number but even that was automated. I finally received an email stating that their supplier had a death in the family but still continued to work on the orders. Didn't believe them.

Communication is the key to a great company, and this is not a great company. I finally received the first order, nothing on my second one from 12/2.

Its December 31st and still hasn't been processed.

Worst customer service ever!!!

I would never recommend this website and am thinking of never using LivingSocial again, since they won't do anything to help.

Same issue as everyone else. I've contacted Blingberry about a snow sheild I order on Dec. 4. It is now Jan. 5 and I have yet to receive anything. I called livingsocial and they were very apologetic and offered a refund on the shipping I had paid. They contacted Blingberry for me and attempted to resolve, but that was 2 weeks ago. They even gave me a number to call for Blingberry (it's 512-677-**** if you want to try it). It got me nowhere. I think I'm just going to have to call LS back and try to get a refund that way. I haven't heard a word from Blingberry despite the calls and emails.

After waiting approximately 5-6 weeks, a piece of garbage came in the mail stating it is a snow shield. I bought this for Christmas gifts and they said it was worth $99... what a joke. A piece of newspaper would do a better job of shielding snow from my windshield. When I put the snow shield on the wind will definitely blow it away. Also the package came with absolutely no instructions, nothing in it but the piece of garbage. Living Social should do a much better job scrutinizing the products so-called businesses sell on their site. DO NOT BUY FROM BLINGBERRY!!!! W

Well I just received my snow shield today ordered on Dec 3rd today is Jan 11th. Waiting this long for a product I expected something nice since they said it was on sale from $99.00 all I can say my *** you could buy this at the dollar store total waist of money....

I ordered a Snow Shield on December 4th through Living Social. BlingBerry was the vendor. I paid $10.00 to Living Social and an additional $3.99 for shipping and handling. Today is Jan 10th and I finally received the piece of *** shield that is supposed to be a $99.00 value. $5.00 is more like it. At this point, I am cutting my losses and will get my sister a better Christmas present at the local dollar store! I will never order from them again. Lame customer service and low-class vendor. Lack of of communication to numerous emails and when they finally did respond, it was with some lame excuse about their vendor having a death in the family.

I wish I would have read these reviews before making a purchase. I too ordered two snow shields on dec 2 as Christmas gifts. I have received only one of the two shields. (In the middle of January) I have emailed the company several times and only get a response saying "we're investigating". I'm extremely disappointed in the shield I got. It's junk! I hope no one paid full price for this product. It's not even worth $10.

I ordered 2 covers on Dec 2nd and have not received them I'm calling my bank in the morning to dispute the charges they are giving excuses so they can hold people off they can keep their covers I suggest you all do the same before it's to late looks like they took a lot of people money I want every penny back I don't care if it's 1.00 or 1000 it's my money if they did not have the product they should have never put their add on living social and living social should Check businesses first before allying them to steal from people I will stick with groupon and not purchase anything else from living social again

BlingBerry Scam with Windshield Snow Covers

I just called Living Social to lodge a complaint about the blatant false advertising by BLingBerry, This is my first BAD experience with a Living Social vendor. If you bought these scam snowshields that BlingBerry advertises for $99. retail, you too should call Living Social because they take these problem seriously and will probably never be fooled into partenering with BlingBerry again. I cannot believe the cheap quality that they charged $12.99 for, plus $3.99 shipping. Each one weighs about 2 oz., and I bought four of them, paying $16 in shipping for about 8 ounces of product. Clear scam.

Windshield Cover took over 6 weeks to come and is worthless

I bought a windshield cover for a gift for my husband from Blingberry on 12-4-14. It came in the mail a few minutes ago after numerous calls, emails and threats. The original price was $99, and I paid 19$ plus shipping through Living Social, but the shield itself is not even worth what I paid for shipping. It is very thin and light and might work to keep the sun off your windshield in the summer- but that is about it. I am so angry that even though LS refunded my money, I need to warn others- definitely avoid this company

I ordered a snow shield on Dec 4 2014 from Blingberry also. Paid 12.00 for it, 3.99 shipping and handling. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS!! Are they serious? There is no way this is going to work as it is so flimsy! Oh yes, I didn't receive this until Jan 10 2015. No e mails explaining the hold up, nothing. I sent a couple of e mails and was told there was a death in the family. Never again. You guys are trying to sell this junk for $99.00?? I am now going to attempt to get a refund.
